Deliverables and working arrangements

- 4Max 200 attachments (<50MB each); supported formats per system requirements.
Key Contract Conditions
- Direct service contract; no framework.
- Duration: 48 months initial +12 months renewal (9 months notice).
- Payments: Yearly upon deliverables approval (30 days).
- Penalties: €100/day delay; quality failures treated as delays.
- Data protection: Strict GDPR/2018/1725 compliance (Annex 7); no EU/EEA data transfer.
- Security: Compliance with ECA rules; no conflicts with ECA.
- IP: ECA owns results; pre-existing rights licensed.
- Termination: Convenience (9 months notice); other grounds per standard clauses.
