Agent System

The Agent System is an AI-powered assistant that helps you find grants through natural conversation. It acts as an expert consultant, available 24/7 to answer your questions about EU funding.

What you can do:

  • Discover Grants: Simply ask "Find funding for AI in healthcare" or "Are there grants for renewable energy startups?"
  • Get Explanations: Ask the agent to explain complex grant requirements or eligibility criteria.
  • Compare Opportunities: Ask "Which of these grants is better for a small team?"
  • Personalized Advice: The agent understands your context and tailors its answers to your needs.

The agent searches the live database, ranks results by relevance, and provides confidence scores for each recommendation.

Start Chatting

To begin using the Agent System, navigate to the Agent page from the main menu. You'll see a chat interface where you can type your questions naturally.

Example Queries:

  • "We are a SME and we need funding between €200,000 and €500,000 to develop sustainable packaging solutions"
  • "I am a University professor and am looking for research grants that support polymer chemistry research with budgets over €1 million"
  • "We are a non-profit organization seeking €300,000 to €800,000 to implement digital literacy programs across rural communities"

The agent will ask clarifying questions if needed, then search the database and present you with ranked recommendations.

Matching System

The Matching System is an alternative to the Agent. It uses advanced AI to automatically match your projects with relevant EU grants. Instead of searching manually, you create "Projects" that describe your goals, and our system finds the funding for you.

1. Go to Projects

Visit the projects page to find all of your projects in a single dashboard. This is where you manage your different funding needs. The number of projects you can create depends on your subscription tier.

2. Create Project

Click the button to create a new project. You will need to describe:

  • Impact: What do you want to achieve?
  • Development: What are you building or researching?
  • Applicant: Who are you (SME, University, etc.)?

3. Activate Your Project

Only active projects generate matches. Use the toggle to activate or deactivate projects. You can have multiple projects, but check your plan limits for how many can be active at once.

4. Go to Matches

Head to the Matches page so you know where your results will appear once matching finishes. New accounts won’t see anything yet, but every active project will start showing its grants here after you run matching.

5. Start Matching

Click the "Start Matching" button to trigger a fresh search. The system will analyze all active projects against the latest grants database. The process takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Follow Grants

Never miss an update on your most important opportunities. The "Follow" feature lets you track specific grants and receive notifications about any changes.

How it works:

  1. Click the Bell Icon: On any grant detail page, click the "Follow" button (bell icon).
  2. System Monitoring: We constantly monitor the official EU portal for changes to that grant.
  3. Get Notified: You receive an email immediately if critical information changes, such as:
    • Deadline extensions
    • Budget updates
    • Eligibility criteria changes

Follow a Grant

When viewing any grant detail page, look for the bell icon in the top right area. Click it to start following that grant. All your followed grants are listed in your dashboard.

What Gets Tracked:

  • Application deadline changes
  • Budget and funding amount updates
  • Eligibility criteria modifications
  • Status changes (open/closed)

You can manage all followed grants in your notification settings. Click the bell icon again to unfollow a grant at any time.

Track Keywords

Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring specific topics. Keyword Tracking notifies you whenever a new grant is published that matches your interests.

Set Your Topics

Add keywords relevant to your field (e.g., "blockchain", "recycling", "agritech") in your notification settings.

Automated Discovery

When a new grant is added to the database that contains your keywords in its title or reference, you'll get an email alert.

Set Up Keywords

Go to your notification settings. In the "Track Keywords" section, add keywords that match your areas of interest.

Keyword Guidelines:

  • Use specific terms: "blockchain", "agritech", "biomedical"
  • Minimum 4 characters per keyword
  • Avoid generic terms like "grant" or "funding" (these are blocked)
  • Add multiple keywords to cover different aspects of your interests

Once set up, you'll receive email notifications whenever a new grant matching your keywords is added to the database.
