• Your username handle — a unique alphanumeric identifier, used to identify you in partner-facing features
• Partner Search profile information (display name, country, offer description, looking-for description, and icon) — only if you actively create a Partner Search profile on a call
• Messages exchanged with other users through the Partner Search messaging feature

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions

4. Public Information & Partner Search

Your handle

When you receive or set a username handle, it is visible to other logged-in Subsdy users who interact with you through the Partner Search feature only if you create a partner profile or activate your handle. Your handle is the identifier shown in messages and on partner profiles — it is never your email address. You can hide your handle from Partner Search listings at any time in the Dashboard. Hiding your handle removes it from public listings but does not delete it; it remains stored and used internally for account functions.

Grant Partner Search profiles

If you create a Partner Search profile for a specific grant, the following information becomes publicly visibleto all logged-in Subsdy users browsing that grant's Partner Search page: your handle, display name, country, offer description, looking-for description, and selected icon. This information is submitted voluntarily and remains visible as long as your profile is active and approved. You can delete your Partner Search profile for any grant at any time from My Profile → Partner Search Profiles, which immediately removes it from public listings.

Messages

Partner Search messages are private between the two participants within the context of the grant they are associated with. They are not visible to other users and are never displayed publicly.

What is never displayed publicly

Your email address, subscription tier, billing information, and internal account ID are never shown to other users.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and provide personalized content. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Request data portability
• Object to processing of your personal information
• Withdraw your Partner Search profiles at any time, immediately removing them from public visibility
• Change or hide your handle via your profile settings
• Request deletion of all Partner Search messages associated with your account by contacting us

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
