Applicants are required to complete the Application form and upload the following documents, clearly labeled with the applicant's name:
1) Signed Application Letter (Annex 1).
2) Curriculum Vitae (Europass format preferred).
3) Short Motivation Letter (maximum 300 words).
4) English Language Certificate (B2 or higher; any free English test is acceptable).
5) Supporting Documents for each claimed eligibility criteria, issued by a responsible authority or accredited expert.
Applications must be submitted in English. Supporting documents may be submitted in English or Ukrainian with translations. If the provided documentation is insufficient, the Evaluation Committee may request additional information or reject the application.
A Joint Evaluation Committee will assess each application and assign points according to the following criteria:
Academic and Social Achievements: Academic performance, language proficiency, scientific, volunteering, and social activities (5-20 points).
Certified Disabilities: Based on verified disability documentation (5 points).
Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs): Based on valid IDP certificate (5 points).
Low Socio-Economic Status: Applicants whose family income falls between the first and the second quartile (Q2) that is, between the median income and Q1 in their country of origin will receive 5 points. The reference fiscal year is the year preceding the application.
All applications will be ranked based on the total number of points obtained across the four criteria. Each application may receive a maximum of 35 points in total. Scholarships will be awarded based on the evaluation scores.
The Joint Evaluation Committee, appointed by Karazin University, which will review all applications will include:
Representatives of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (4 persons) from Educational and Scientific Institute of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence; School of Economics, Educational and Scientific Institute “Karazin Banking Institute”, School of Sociology.
At least one student representative of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
At least one representative from the EURIDICE consortium partners.
The Committee will be appointed after the application deadline and will finalize the evaluation within 10 days after the submission deadline.
